At that point I thought we were through. But no, after not hearing back from me, Echo followed-up with a second email inquiring about my issue...had it been solved. Because of the comrehensive instructional files that come with the firmware updates, yes it had been solved,
Great customer service, both with the initial question, and then with the follow-up. I really wasn't expecting the second contact.

What customer say - I received my radio and hooked it up right away and was having problems with accessing certain functions then I tried to install the software for programming cable and I was really getting frustrated I have had issues with other manufacturers software and programming issues and still haven’t received any help from them. I sent an email to Radioddity and in a day or two I received an email from Helen she asked me to provide some information on my problems and sent me a link for the latest version of software which helped a great deal because my computer skills are lacking then a day later she sent me some instructions on my other issues I am now enjoying this very nice radio !! What customer say - Irene did an excellent job handling my service request. Turns out my radio has some limitations that prevents me from using it in the intended role I had desired to put it into. Irene was able to give me the answers I needed for the issue I was having as well as was able to Offer me a partial refund due To the limitation that prevent me from fully utilizing it as intended. Hopefully the firmware team will be able to resolve the 256 contact limit in very short order.

What customer say - I reached out after part of my order arrived to get a status update on the rest. Kikko was VERY fast in responding to me and provided all of the information I needed including the tracking information for the remaining parts of my order.
As far as the actual products that I received so far, they were priced much lower than Amazon, packaged very well, and arrived very quickly. Everything seems to be in excellent working order. I would highly recommend Radioddity as a great starting point for your radio needs.
